Job summary

Outwood Academy Foxhills is seeking a dedicated Teacher to deliver high-quality learning and employ a range of teaching strategies to ensure student success.

The role requires awareness of curriculum developments, AfL implementation, and the ability to use student data to identify development needs and raise standards. You will collaborate with colleagues, communicate with students and parents, and uphold high expectations.

Qualifications

• Essential qualifications include a degree in an appropriate discipline related to the relevant subject and a teaching qualification coupled with Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
• Required experience includes recent and relevant teaching experience (either in employment or training) and experience of assessment at Key Stage 3 and 4.
• The candidate should be confident using standard computer packages (word processing, email and spreadsheets) to enhance student learning.

• Implement and use AfL techniques to continually improve student performance using data to identify development needs and raise standards.
