• Deliver engaging and high‑quality lessons across KS3 and KS4 (KS5 desirable but not essential)
• Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment
• Support and stretch learners of all abilities
• Contribute to the wider life of the school, including extracurricular activities and departmental initiatives
