Job summary

Academics Ltd in Leighton Buzzard is seeking a Maths Teacher for a full-time, temporary-to-permanent role beginning January 2026. The position covers KS3 and GCSE Maths with responsibility for planning and delivering a full Maths timetable in a vibrant 11-16 secondary school.

Qualifications

The school are looking for a Maths Teacher to join their team on a full-time temporary basis initially who will deliver inspiring and engaging Maths lessons to encourage pupils to reach their full potential in the subject.

The successful teacher will join a supportive department and will be responsible for delivering KS3 and GCSE Mathematics lessons to mixed ability groups across years 7 - 11.

They will work within a team of talented and specialist Mathematics teachers and will help contribute towards the preparation and planning of lessons. We are looking for a passionate teacher who will be able to inspire all students to achieve their potential.

Salary will be determined by the successful candidate's qualifications and relevant experience, and will be in accordance with the client's pay policy.
