Job summary

Academics in London are seeking a Maths Teacher to join a welcoming secondary school in Wandsworth on a full-time temporary basis. You will teach Maths across KS3 and KS4, plan engaging lessons and monitor progress, with a negotiable daily rate dependant on experience.

This role is 5 days a week. The successful candidate will contribute to a supportive Maths department, collaborate with colleagues, and help students build confidence and problem‑solving skills.

Qualifications

• Qualified Maths Teacher with UK teaching experience.
• Ability to plan and deliver engaging maths lessons.
• Experience teaching KS3 and KS4.
• Strong commitment to pupil progress and inclusive teaching.

Responsibilities

• Teach Maths across KS3 and KS4.
• Plan and deliver engaging and effective lessons.
• Monitor student progress and provide appropriate support.

• Contribute to department improvement and schemes of work.
• Liaise with parents/guardians as needed.

The Role
