Job summary

TeacherActive is recruiting a Secondary Maths Teacher for a temporary role in Ebbw Vale, Wales. The position starts September 2026 and offers a daily rate of £172.98–£210.00, dependent on experience and scale.

This is a flexible, school-based assignment with PAYE payments and ongoing support from a dedicated consultant team. Ideal candidates will have QTS, solid Maths knowledge, and the ability to teach across KS3 and KS4 with professional, adaptable teaching methods.

Qualifications

• QTS required for secondary Maths teaching.
• Experience teaching Maths in a secondary school.
• Strong knowledge of Mathematics for KS3/KS4.

Responsibilities

• Teach Maths to KS3 and KS4 students.
• Deliver engaging maths lessons and adapt to student needs.
