Qualifications
- Outstanding Mathematics teaching with high expectations for all students.
- Proven leadership experience and ability to drive school improvement.
- Commitment to developing staff and sustaining a culture of professional learning.
- Ability to analyse data, raise standards and contribute to strategic planning.
- Excellent communication with students, parents, governors and partners.
Responsibilities
- Lead Maths teaching with a strategic portfolio across the school.
- Contribute to curriculum development and quality assurance.
- Oversee assessment, progress tracking and intervention.
- Support safeguarding, student welfare and pastoral development.
- Drive whole-school improvement priorities and support middle leaders.
