Job summary

A prominent secondary school in Slough is seeking a passionate Lead Practitioner of Maths to shape the strategic direction of Maths teaching across KS3–KS5. This full-time role involves coaching staff, enhancing curriculum design, and ensuring outstanding student outcomes. Applicants should be experienced Maths Teachers or middle leaders with a record of delivering high performance in education. Qualifications

Responsibilities

  • Support the Head of Department in driving continuous improvement across Maths teaching and learning.
  • Coach and mentor staff to deliver high-quality lessons.
  • Model outstanding classroom practice and share innovative strategies.
  • Contribute to whole-school CPD and staff development initiatives.
  • Collaborate with SLT to enhance curriculum design and student progress.
