Responsibilities

• Teach Mathematics to post-16 learners at Berkshire College of Agriculture.
• Plan and deliver engaging Maths lessons to learners with varying starting points.
• Collaborate with Learning Support Assistants to support participation.
• Use assessment to identify gaps and track learner progress.
• Encourage attendance and build learners' confidence in Maths.
