What You’ll Do
  • Contribute to early‑stage game concepts, helping define mechanics and player experience
  • Develop mathematical models using simulation tools, programming, and spreadsheet analysis
  • Design and analyze key game metrics such as RTP, volatility, and payout structures
  • Collaborate closely with developers and designers to bring game concepts to life
  • Ensure mathematical models meet regulatory requirements across EMEA markets
  • Continuously refine and optimize game performance to deliver engaging player experience
What You’ll Bring
  • Experience developing mathematical models, ideally within gaming or iGaming
  • Strong programming skills (C++ preferred; C# or similar languages also considered)
  • Advanced spreadsheet and data analysis capability
  • A passion for gaming and understanding of player‑focused design principles
  • Around 1+ year of experience in slot mathematics or a related field
  • Experience within the casino or gambling industry
  • Creative thinking combined with strong technical design instincts
  • A track record of contributing to successful game mechanics
Qualifications
