Maternity Night Nanny needed ASAP in Buckinghamshire. The role is to support a third‑time parent with their one‑week‑old newborn, who is on a combination feeding schedule. Care is required two nights per week. The ideal candidate will have considerable experience, strong knowledge, and a willingness to take initiative. This role involves providing overnight care – settling the baby, assisting with feeds, and offering guidance and reassurance to the parents as needed. The family values a calm, supportive professional and excellent communication skills; ability to work independently is essential.

Job Details

• Start Date: 14th November 2025
• End Date: 1st February 2026
• Location: Gerrards Cross, Buckinghamshire
• Rate: £20 per hour (gross)
• Working Hours: 9 pm – 7 am
• Days: Thursday/Friday or Friday/Saturday (two nights per week)
• Specialist or Expert Required: Qualified Maternity Practitioner

Qualifications & Experience

• Minimum 5 years' experience in maternity nursing or comparable role
• 12‑hour Paediatric First Aid Certificate
• DBS certificate (enhanced, updated)
• Level 3 Maternity Practitioner qualification (minimum)
• Own contract and UTR number for self‑employed work
• Professional references (minimum two, including current or former employer)
• Appropriate personal insurance (recommended)
