Qualifications

• Degree level qualification or equivalent.
• Master's level experience or equivalent desired.
• Evidence of ongoing professional development and training.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on operational management to designated areas ensuring delivery to service standards.
• Monitor and deliver key quality, productivity and performance targets.
• Ensure EWTD compliant working patterns for junior doctors and adequate medical staffing.
• Lead on health and safety and risk reviews within designated areas.
• Support service directors with governance, staffing and budget responsibilities.
• Engage with clinical teams to deliver patient-centred services and continuous improvement.
