Russell Taylor Group looking for a hands-on, detail-driven Materials Test Technician to plan, carry out, and report on a variety of tests products and systems. You will work closely with clients and project teams to deliver accurate, timely results while keeping safety and quality at the heart of everything you do.

Responsibilities
• Plan and run product and system tests from start to finish.
• Liaise with clients to agree schedules and requirements.
• Prepare, set up, and conduct tests to industry standards.
• Keep stakeholders updated on progress and results.
• Organise your workspace for maximum efficiency.
• Spot and solve problems to keep projects on track, reporting any delays/issues to the clients when necessary
• Ensure all work is safe, compliant, and well-documented.

What is required for the role
• Educated within Science & Technology related subject.
• Experience in technical testing or a related field-experience in physical, material type testing laboratory is preference.
• A methodical, detail-focused approach.
• Strong communication skills with clients and colleagues.
• Solid understanding of health & safety in a technical environment.
• A proactive mindset and commitment to continuous improvement.
