Qualifications

• Knowledge of procurement processes and ethical practice.
• Experience with inventory and stores management; Maximo or similar.
• Knowledge of health and safety in the workplace.
• Experience coordinating with suppliers and internal teams.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day materials and stores, ensuring stock availability for maintenance.
• Procure and maintain spares and equipment per schedules and service levels.
• Monitor supply chain performance and ensure supplier quality and compliance.
• Develop relationships with suppliers to meet business needs.
• Obtain quotations and negotiate pricing for cost efficiency.
• Maintain records via Planned Maintenance System (Maximo).
• Develop strategies for obsolescence management with engineers.
• Manage the engineering materials budget within delegated authority.
