Job summary

TeamJobs is seeking an experienced Materials Coordinator to join a growing engineering and manufacturing company based in Totton.

Your role will ensure production receives the right materials at the right time. You'll manage materials flow, work from Bills of Materials, and support purchasing.

In return, you’ll enjoy a salary between £28,000 and £32,000, with benefits including 25 days holiday, onsite parking, and private medical insurance after six months.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of materials process in manufacturing.
• Experience with Bills of Materials (BOMs).
• Confident in managing multiple materials and part numbers.

Responsibilities

• Manage the day-to-day flow of materials into production.
• Monitor stock levels and prevent shortages.
• Utilize Kanban and MRP systems to manage stock.
