Job summary

Pfizer UK Undergraduate Programme 2027/2028 in Global Technology, Engineering & Launch invites students to join a 12‑month placement in the Materials Characterisation Team. You will work in a supportive lab, plan experiments, interpret data and communicate findings.

You will gain hands‑on experience, develop technical writing skills and learn how science supports medicine development, manufacturing and supply at Pfizer.

Qualifications

• Completing a placement as part of a degree course at a UK university.

Responsibilities

• Plan and carry out laboratory experiments with guidance from experienced scientists.
• Analyse and interpret results, then share findings through presentations and reports.
• Support live Materials Characterisation projects to aid manufacturing and supply challenges.
• Maintain a safe, organised laboratory environment with 5S and lean lab activities.
