Job summary

G MASS is partnering with a global bank to build a material third-party arrangements register under the UK reporting regime. You will execute the population of arrangements, determine materiality, and gather data for the register, reporting to the project lead in London.

The role suits someone early in their career in third-party risk, outsourcing, or related control functions, with meticulous data discipline.

Qualifications

• Experience in third-party risk management, outsourcing, vendor management, or related risk/control function within financial services.
• Exposure to maintaining or populating an outsourcing or third-party register.
• Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to handle large volumes of data.
• Strong organisational and PMO skills with trackers and deadlines.
• Clear, concise written communication.

Responsibilities

• Work through a large population of third-party arrangements, assessing each against criteria and recording outcomes consistently.
• Coordinate assessment input from relationship owners and stakeholders across UK and overseas.
• Support identification of material arrangements and confirm in-scope population for the register.
• Source the required data fields for each material arrangement from internal repositories, contracts and system records.
• Compile and maintain the register in line with the regulatory template, ensuring data is accurate and consistently formatted.
• Track progress across both workstreams, maintain trackers, chase outstanding items and report status to the project lead.
• Flag data gaps and inconsistencies, escalate with a view of what is missing.
• Keep a record of evidence and data sources for future review.
• Support the project lead with ad hoc analysis and collation.
