We have facilities across the UK and are looking for new talent to join our team in Burnley.

We’re looking for a Material Resource Planning Controller to support with managing the day-to-day functions of the purchasing department at our Burnley site, specifically in relation to raw material film and indirect requirements.

In this role, you’ll manage purchase orders from start to finish, maintain accurate stock and system data, support cross-department communication, and help us deliver excellent OTIF performance. What you’ll do:

• Manage purchase order creation, placement, and expediting
• Maintain Syspro ERP data and ensure accurate part and material setups
• Monitor confirmations, update amendments, and communicate any availability or delivery
  issues
• Coordinate stock transfers between sites and support subcontracting processesWork closely with Technical, Quality, Finance, and Planning to resolve queries and maintain
  smooth operations
• Assist with new supplier setup, new material code creation, and deactivations
• Keep purchasing reports, trackers, and documentation up to date
• Support the Procurement team in maintaining optimal stock levels against budget
• Deliver consistently high-quality work aligned with business objectives

Who you are:

• Highly accurate, organised, and attentive to detail
• Flexible and able to react quickly to changes
• Strong communicator, both written and verbal
• Confident using Excel, Word, and other PC applications
• Experienced with ERP systems (Syspro knowledge a bonus)
• Innovative, proactive, and able to work cross-functionally
