Job summary

Ryanair Heavy Maintenance Material department invites applications for a Material Controller to support the maintenance program. Open to all levels, from college to seasoned aviation professionals, with opportunities to travel to Turkey, Jordan, the UK and Ireland.

You will manage material requests, oversee shipping, inventory checks and AMOS updates, and liaise with MRO teams to ensure proper certification and timely delivery.

Responsibilities

• Process material and part requests with regular updates.

• Confirm incoming shipments from Ryanair to MRO are correct and timely.
• Coordinate with MRO stores to ensure deliveries arrive in good condition.
• Monitor shipments through transit and maintain on-time arrivals.

Requirements

Our Ryanair Material controller will have the following responsibilities while overseeing and supporting the maintenance check being performed by an external MRO.

Duties Include but will not limited to:

• Ensuring all material and part requests are processed with updates regularly provided
• Ensuring all applicable costs are approved and purchased in a timely manner
• Attending daily meeting with onsite teams and MRO party representatives
• Ensuring all unserviceable materials and components are processed correctly, and all retuning Ryanair materials are processed in accordance with correct processes and procedures
• Responsible for confirming incoming shipments that arrive from Ryanair as required at the MRO by ensuring what has been requested, has been sent and arrived correctly
• Liaising with the MRO stores teams to ensure deliveries arrive in good condition and stored correctly in accordance with the regulation
• Ensuring all shipments are being monitored through transit and ensuing all arrive on time and providing updates
• Fully responsible for the control, movement, and management of all RYR onsite materials at the external MRO
• Responsible for updating RYR AMOS system when shipments arrive at MRO base
• Responsible for updating RYR AMOS system daily as RYR stock is consumed by the MRO base
• Ensuring RYR inventory checks are carried out frequently within the MRO
• Ensuring all parts and materials supplied to MRO have correct certification as required, printed off and supplied before materials arrive to facility.
