Who we are looking for:

Unistrut is looking for an experienced Material Handler to support our continued growth within the Atkore product range.

What you’ll do:

  • Safely move completed materials into stock locations
  • Safely move raw materials into place on the machines
  • Keep production and quality related records up to date
  • Ensure good levels of 5S are maintained in the area
  • Be involved in continuous improvement processes driving through improvements in all aspects of the role
  • Ensure Health & Safety procedures are followed
  • Performs Other Duties as Assigned

What you bring:

  • A good knowledge of production material handling equipment
  • Able to work as part of a team and as an individual
  • Motivation to beat targets safely and required quality standards
  • Overhead crane and FLT license
  • Ability to comply with and promote Atkore’s ATIRE and SQDC values

Hours of Work:

39 hours per week working a rotating shift pattern

  • Week 1- Monday to Thursday 6am - 2pm & Fridays 6am - 1pm
  • Week 2 - Monday to Thursday 2pm -10 pm & Fridays 1pm - 8pm

Hourly Rate if £12.21 - £13.50 Plus 22% shift allowance
