Job summary

Valeo is seeking a Warehouse Material Handler to join the VS Warehouse team in the United Kingdom. The role involves preparing and shipping products, loading vehicles, and maintaining accurate stock records to support efficient order fulfillment.

You will perform routine unloading, stock control, and administrative tasks, while ensuring safety standards and environmental policies are followed. This fixed-term, full-time position offers opportunities for hands-on growth within a global automotive

• Experience in material handling and warehouse operations.

Responsibilities

• Prepare customer shipments for the next day while respecting stock FIFO.
• Load trucks while respecting safety standards.
• Record stock movements in the stock management system.
• Unload and decontaminate customer bins; verify quantitative/qualitative checks.
• Carry out end-of-chain audits and administrative tasks (delivery notes, driver reception).
• Respond to shortages, manage inbound/outbound deliveries and supplier relations.
