Role overview:

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Material Handler to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient movement of materials within our warehouse environment. This position requires a strong understanding of materials handling and the ability to use SAP and or similar ERP systems.

Key responsibilities include:

• Receive and update materials in the business system
• Deliver materials to storage or usage locations
• Pack goods for shipment
• Order and maintain packaging materials
• Complete cycle counts for inventory
• Ensure regulatory compliance
• Contribute to continuous improvement

Essential Skills and Experience:

• Experience in logistics/material handling
• Proficient with SAP or similar ERP systems
• Manufacturing/warehouse experience
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Excellent organisational and communication skills
• Adaptable and proactive team player
• Numerate and literate with a keen eye for detail
• Knowledge of Lean manufacturing techniques
• GCSE Grade 4 or above in English, Maths, Science or equivalent preferred
