Location: Ashton Gate Stadium, Bristol

Contract Type: Casual / Zero Hours

Pay: £15.27 per hour (plus 12.07% Casual Holiday Pay)

Job Summary

Help us ensure the safety of thousands of passionate fans at Ashton Gate Stadium. As part of the GA Response Team, you’ll be on the front line of crowd management during football and rugby matches, concerts, and other major events. You’ll be responsible for supporting the safe flow of attendees, responding to incidents quickly and effectively, and working as part of a disciplined and alert security team.

This is a dynamic role ideal for individuals with strong situational awareness, confidence under pressure, and the ability to handle physical activity and high-energy environments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor crowd movement and intervene to prevent congestion or safety issues.
  • Respond to incidents involving disorder, intoxication, medical issues, or breaches of stadium regulations.
  • Maintain clear exit routes and assist in safe stadium evacuation if needed.
  • Patrol the venue’s General Admission areas, reporting hazards or concerns.
  • Enforce entry requirements and support the search process where required.
