Job summary

Norwich City Football Club is seeking chefs of all levels to work in our restaurants on first team matchdays in Norwich. Shifts are typically 5–6 hours and paid hourly.

Matchdays mainly occur on Saturdays, with some weekday evenings and Sunday games, offering flexible hours to fit other commitments. You will prepare, cook and serve a variety of items in our 11 busy kitchens, follow recipes, minimise waste and maintain high standards of food hygiene.

Responsibilities

• Preparing, cooking and serving a variety of items in one of 11 busy kitchens.
• Working as a key team member and taking responsibility for an element of service.
• Ensuring recipes are followed accurately to maintain quality.
• Working within a pre-determined format to keep waste to a minimum.
• Assisting with maintaining and recording all aspects of food hygiene.
