Job description

Twice a year, we select 22 mentees to benefit from the wisdom and guidance of 22 mentors from across all corners of design and illustration.

For 12 weeks, mentors will be buddied up with a mentee, meeting at least 3 times over the programme and working together to tick off some career-launching tasks.

Applications are open to all aspiring creatives, based in the UK, with less than two years of industry experience in your desired creative field.

This includes the cumulative amount of time you have spent on industry placements, doing internships, freelancing or in a full-time position in a role relevant to your desired career path.

There is no age limit, because we believe you can be emerging at any age.

If your application is successful, you’ll be invited to a kick-off call in late January and shortly after, introduced to your mentor. Together, you’ll agree on a pattern of video call meet-ups over the 12 weeks.

You’ll have the opportunity to get feedback, ask questions, share stories and gain advice.

We’ll check in throughout and also host a reflection session at the end of the 12 weeks, bringing all the mentees and mentors back together at the end of the programme to share their learnings.
