Job summary

Gunton Primary Academy is seeking a maternity cover Key Stage 1 class teacher to lead daily teaching and learning for all pupils, including those with additional needs. Coaching is available from senior leaders, with a focus on maintaining high standards and inclusive practice.

The post welcomes experienced teachers and early career teachers, with flexible working considered and a commitment to safeguarding. Starts 1 February 2027, subject to checks.

Job description

Maternity cover Key Stage 1 class teacher post at Gunton Primary Academy, part of REAch2 Academy Trust. Core work is day-to-day teaching and learning for every child in the class, including those with special educational needs or English as an additional language. Experienced teachers and early career teachers are both welcome, with coaching from senior leaders. Visa sponsorship is not available, and the post starts 1 February 2027, subject to safer recruitment checks.
