The Royal Institution is looking for a STEM enthusiast excited about using and developing STEM communication and programme coordination skills to enrich young people’s experiences of STEM.


The post holder will support the delivery of the nationally renowned Masterclasses programme, focusing on Mathematics Masterclasses. They will liaise with regional contributors across the UK and at the Ri, attending Masterclass workshops, helping to recruit and train new contributors, and extending the impact of Ri Masterclasses to more young people.This role includes the possibility of developing the post holder's own STEM content and involvement in other Ri projects aligned to their interests and experience.


Most Masterclass series are organised and run by local contributors and led by expert volunteer speakers, supported by the Ri’s Masterclass team. Contributors include academics, teachers and STEM professionals and candidates will need excellent communication, customer service and relationship management skills to support their involvement in the programme.
