Master Technician – Prestige Main Dealer
Hatfield
Up to £50,000 DOE + bonus
Full-time | Permanent | Mon–Fri (8am–6pm) + 1 in 4 Saturdays 8:30am - 4pm

The Role

We’re looking for an experienced Master Technician to join a prestige main dealer workshop in Hatfield. This is a senior role within the workshop, offering the chance to use your expertise to diagnose complex faults and support the wider technician team.

Duties

• Diagnose and repair complex vehicle faults to manufacturer standards
• Carry out servicing, repairs, and advanced diagnostics
• Support and mentor other technicians in the workshop
• Work with Service and Workshop Control teams on technical cases
• Provide technical expertise directly to customers when required
• Ensure compliance with all safety and manufacturer procedures
• Keep technical knowledge and training fully up to date

Requirements

• Master Technician status (NVQ/IMI Level 3 minimum + manufacturer accreditation)
• Proven experience in a main dealer environment
• Advanced diagnostic and problem-solving skills
• Ability to mentor and lead other technicians
• Full UK Driving Licence
