Key Responsibilities
  • Carry out diagnosis, repair and evaluation of customer vehicles
  • Diagnose complex symptoms across a range of vehicles
  • Ensure quality and a first‑time fix of all customer vehicles
  • Communicate with customers to fully understand their reported issue
  • Complete detailed video vehicle health checks
  • Develop your skills & knowledge to stay at the forefront of vehicle technology, including EV and Hybrid Vehicles
  • Assist and train your colleagues through mentoring and coaching
  • Maintain a clean & safe workshop environment
About You
  • Minimum of Level 3 Vehicle Maintenance & Repair qualification
  • Experience at a Diagnostic or Master Technician level, ideally within a main dealership
  • Must hold a full UK driving licence
