Job summary

Evolito Limited is seeking a Scheduler to create, coordinate and manage master schedules for aerospace programs using Oracle Primavera Cloud, supporting fast growth and milestone delivery.

Responsibilities include progress tracking, critical path analysis, What-if scenarios, and risk mitigation planning, with collaboration across program, engineering, supply chain and production teams. Proactive scheduling expertise wanted.

Qualifications

• Proven track record delivering projects and defining scope.
• Experience building schedules with WBS granularity in engineering.
• Ability to manage critical paths across multi-functional teams.
• Self-starter with leadership in a small business environment.
• Strong interpersonal skills for diverse stakeholders and escalation when needed.

Responsibilities

• Create, maintain and control master schedules using Oracle Primavera Cloud.
• Ensure schedules are baselined, structured and achievable to milestones.
• Provide scheduling analysis including critical path and recovery planning.
• Assess progress and potential delays, risks and opportunities.
• Coordinate with program, engineering, supply chain and production teams.
• Support resource planning and Integrated Business Planning reviews.
• Establish and implement scheduling standards and improvements.
