Master Production Scheduler

You will help orchestrate the end-to-end production planning process, ensuring agreement between customer demand, production capacity, and inventory strategy. You will integrate advanced analytics, ERP and BI systems, and collaboration to lead planning excellence, operational efficiency, and strategic agility across the supply chain.

You will report to the EMEA Supply Chain Manager.

Responsibilities

• Translate S&OP outputs into a consolidated Master Production Schedule (MPS) for sealants and coatings, balancing capacity across the network and coordinating monthly supply.
• Maintain a 12-month rolling master schedule that meets customer demand, stabilises material and capacity requirements, and supports inventory optimization.
• Perform the twice-yearly demand-forecasting cycle, refining statistical techniques and collaborating to deliver a ≥15 % forecast-accuracy improvement and fewer EDC stock-outs.
• Design and implement advanced analytics dashboards using BI platforms (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) to monitor main planning metrics such as forecast bias, OTIF, and inventory turns.
• Implement automation opportunities and digital tools to enhance planning responsiveness and reduce manual effort.
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across ERP, reporting systems used in the PSO (Production Scheduling & Optimization) process.
• Maintain the EMEA PSO dashboard to provide real-time visibility into performance metrics, forecasts, and planning measurements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, Business Analytics, Operations, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in supply chain strategy or business analysis.
• Experience in data modelling, footprint analysis, and inventory optimization.
• Proficiency in Oracle, ERP systems, Power BI, and advanced Excel for data analysis.
