Job summary

Greencore is seeking a Master Data Analyst to own and curate critical master data across Finance, Customer, Vendor, and Material domains. You will execute data creation and updates, ensure accuracy across systems, and collaborate with stakeholders to maintain high data quality in a fast-paced shared services environment.

The role requires strong communication, ERP experience (SAP S/4HANA preferred), and the ability to deliver within SLAs/KPIs.

Qualifications

• Strong written and verbal communication to convey information clearly
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
• Demonstrable track record in Master Data teams
• Knowledge of data types and interrelationships across data domains
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA preferred but not essential
• Understanding core finance processes: O2C, P2P, R2R
• Ability to manage time and multiple tasks under tight deadlines
• Customer/supplier data governance and data quality focus

Responsibilities

• Execute requests for master data creation, updates, or changes in systems
• Ensure data updates are accurate and consistent across systems
• Engage with stakeholders to obtain required data and confirm field completeness
• Inform requestors and stakeholders of status and progress
• Verify data accuracy before syndication and address obvious errors
• Create emergency items and manage escalations and exceptions
• Plan and estimate timelines for mass data updates
• Carry out mass maintenance under direction of MDM Manager
• Collaborate with end users across the organisation
• Support internal audits and compliance with SOPs
