Master Data Administrator

Coventry

Monday to Friday 08:00 -16:00

Becketts Foods is a leading food processing company operating in the CV2 area of Coventry since 1983. The business is part of the hugely successful CPC Foods in the UK and the international food company Premium Food Group.

CPC Foods’ master data team is expanding, and we are now searching for a Master Data Administrator.

In this role you will be helping maintain group master data resource to ensure accurate master data in the ERP system (Sage X3, SFDC). You will be supporting one of our sites located in Suffolk and Essex. This role is office based in Coventry with occasional travel.

Who are we searching for?

Ideally you will be a business economics or mathematics graduate, be logical and have great business acumen. We’re looking for a strong and confident communicator who will be comfortable liaising daily with a diverse range of stakeholders. You will also be an intermediate/advanced level user of MS Excel (formulas such as VLOOKUP, INDEX, MATCH and PivotTable).

Key responsibilities will include:

• Support the ongoing operation and maintenance of EPR system (Sage X3, SFDC)
• Monitor and review production standards
• Analyse and report variances against standards
• Continuously look to improve business performance through cost saving / business improvement projects
• Generate and maintain KPI and performance reports
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure consistency and accuracy of master data

Skills and experience required:

• A Level or equivalent
• Experience working with ERP systems and master data management
• Excellent analytical, organisation and problem-solving skills
• Exceptional attention to detail is vital
