Massage is one of the most in-demand services at the club, with guests looking to rebalance after watersports, relieve tension or simply unwind in a serene setting. We take pride in offering treatments that are both deeply effective and beautifully delivered.

About the Role

We’re looking for skilled and experienced Massage Therapists specialising in deep tissue and sports massage to join our wellness team this summer. You’ll deliver 5-6 treatments per day during peak periods, providing personalised, high-quality therapies tailored to each guest’s needs.

This is a hands‑on, guest‑facing role ideal for therapists who love delivering high quality, personalised massage treatments, thrive in a calm and professional environment, and enjoy being part of a warm, friendly team in a stunning outdoor setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver a range of massage treatments - including deep tissue, sports, Swedish and pregnancy (if qualified).
• Provide safe, therapeutic and personalised treatments for guests of all ages.
• Maintain a serene, clean and well‑presented treatment room at all times.
• Promote treatments, upgrades and packages to maximise bookings.
• Support and participate in wellness “pop‑up” events throughout the season.
• Maintain accurate billing and manage your online schedule.
• Uphold high standards of hygiene and follow all health and safety protocols.
• Respond to guest queries and expectations with professionalism and care.
• Build warm, confident relationships with guests and represent the club positively.
• Take on additional tasks when required to support the smooth running of the club.

About You

• Highly skilled in deep tissue and / or sports massage techniques.
• Warm, professional and able to put guests at ease immediately.
• Extremely attentive, detail‑oriented and committed to delivering consistent quality.
• Self‑motivated and organised, with the ability to manage your own space and schedule.
• A strong communicator who enjoys working both independently and as part of a team.
• Flexible, adaptable and enthusiastic about seasonal life in a wellness‑focused role.
• Positive, calm and confident in a guest‑facing environment.

Essential Requirements

• Level 3 ITEC Diploma in Massage (or equivalent).
• Level 4 ITEC Diploma in Sports Massage Therapy (or equivalent) highly desirable.
• Proven experience delivering sports or deep tissue massage treatments.
• Experience in pregnancy massage (desirable).
• Valid First Aid Certificate.
• Basic computer literacy.
• Experience in a seasonal environment (desirable).
• UK / EU passport holder.
