A national charity organization in London is seeking a Mass Participation Assistant to support fundraising activities. This role involves coordinating day-to-day tasks, engaging with online communities, and maintaining the fundraising database. The ideal candidate should have experience with administrative processes and excellent relationship-building skills. Due to an internal promotion we have an exciting opportunity to join Dementia UK as a Mass Participation Assistant. In this role, you will play a vital part in supporting the delivery of the charity's mass participation fundraising programme by coordinating day-to-day activities and ensuring an exceptional experience for our supporters. You will be the first point of contact for fundraising enquiries, provide administrative support across the team, and help maintain efficient systems and processes that underpin the success of our campaigns. In this role, you will engage with our online communities, writing compelling social media content, and supporting stewardship activities to inspire and motivate our supporters. You will also assist with the delivery of virtual events, help improve internal processes, and work closely with colleagues to ensure the supporter experience remains at the heart of everything we do. Other key elements of the role will be to maintain the fundraising database, MS Dynamics, to ensure all supporter information is accurate and up to date, and to support and onboard Volunteer Facebook Group Champions, ensuring they receive key documents, have clarity around campaigns they will be supporting on, and ensure they feel valued.
This role will be subject to a Basic DBS check.
