Albert Bartlett in Scotland is seeking a Mash Mixer to join our food production team and help create high-quality chilled and frozen potato products. You will prepare and mix mash according to our recipes, contributing to product consistency and taste that our customers love.

As a Mash Mixer, you will set up and operate mixing equipment, follow schedules, monitor texture, and perform quality checks. You will work with teammates to keep production flowing smoothly while maintaining a clean, safe

Qualifications

• Experience in a food production environment is preferred.

Your Role Includes:

• Setting up and operating mixing machinery to bring our potato mash to life
• Following precise recipes and mixing schedules to produce consistent, high‑quality products
• Monitoring the mixing process, adjusting as needed to achieve the perfect texture and flavor
• Performing quality checks regularly to guarantee compliance with our stringent standards
• Keeping your workspace and equipment clean and safe, adhering to health and safety regulations
• Working closely with fellow team members to synchronize production efforts and keep everything running smoothly
• Documenting production details and quality control measures diligently

Hourly rate of £12.79 p/h
