Working within the Customer Services team within the Operations Department to provide a first class level of customer service to both our corporate client base and our internal partners, resolving their queries and issues relating to payments as well as many other general day to day banking matters such as Cash Pooling.
We are looking for an experienced payment investigator who can bring their knowledge, skills and enthusiasm to the team in this ever evolving environment.

The customer service team acts as a central point of contact for our corporate customers and our internal stakeholders including Front and Middle Office Teams as well as other back‑office teams dealing with diverse range of enquiries on a daily basis.
