What you'll do

It’s practical exposure to market-facing work, with real insight into whether Sales or Trading feels like the right fit. The internship also includes structured assessments aligned to securing a graduate role, giving you chances to demonstrate how you think, collaborate and deliver, through tasks such as project work, presentations, interviews or skills-based evaluations.
