Roylo Partners in Birmingham is seeking a Marketing Trainee to gain hands-on experience in sales-led marketing, customer engagement and business development. You’ll work directly with customers, represent campaigns and learn how to communicate value to turn interactions into lasting relationships.

Formación

• Experience in marketing is useful but not required.
• Background from retail, hospitality, customer service, sales or events is welcome.
• Keen to learn, take feedback and improve.

Responsabilidades

• Represent campaigns and introduce customers to relevant products and services.
• Engage with customers through face-to-face conversations and promotional activities.
• Ask questions to understand customer needs, preferences and priorities.
• Explain products and services clearly so customers can make informed decisions.
