Position: AI Sales and Marketing Data Specialist
Type: Full-time
Location: In-person at Palo Alto, CA office (5 days per week) or Remote
Commitment: 40 hours/week
Compensation: $90,000–$200,000/year
Role Responsibilities
- Use proprietary tools to annotate and label data for sales and marketing projects, ensuring exceptional accuracy and contextual relevance.
- Deliver curated datasets that reflect real-world scenarios in sales strategy, marketing execution, and customer engagement.
- Collaborate with technical teams to improve annotation workflows and develop efficient labeling systems for complex business data.
- Support the training and evaluation of AI models through data selection, analysis, and refinement.
- Adapt to evolving task guidelines, maintaining precision and professional judgment in fast-changing environments.
- Apply analytical reasoning to identify and solve complex sales and marketing challenges that enhance model performance.
Qualifications
Must-Have
- Proven professional experience in sales, marketing, or related roles such as sales manager, marketing strategist, or sales representative in wholesale or retail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong command of professional and conversational English.
- Strong interpersonal, organizational, and analytical abilities.
- Ability to exercise independent judgment and deliver consistent results under limited supervision.
- Deep interest in the intersection of technology, innovation, and commercial strategy.
Preferred
- Certifications or formal training in sales or marketing (e.g., sales management certification, marketing accreditation).
- Experience mentoring or training others in sales or marketing best practices.
- Familiarity with AI, data annotation, or model training processes.
- Comfort participating in recorded sessions for data collection or evaluation purposes.
Compensation & Legal
- Competitive pay ranging from $90,000 to $200,000 annually for U.S.-based professionals, depending on experience and location.
- For international candidates, our recruiting team will share a localized compensation range based on region and experience.
- Specific benefits may vary by country; depending on your location, you may be eligible for comprehensive medical coverage.
- U.S.-based applicants must reside outside of Wyoming and Illinois.
- Visa sponsorship is not available.
