Marketing Strategy & Planning Analyst, LHH Global (Remote / Europe)

This role is responsible for developing and overseeing marketing planning cycles, managing budget allocation, and ensuring performance tracking for optimized marketing efficiency. It provides reporting and analytics to support data-driven decision-making, ensuring that marketing initiatives align with business objectives and deliver measurable outcomes.

  • Global Head of Marketing, LHH CTM/LD

Direct Reports:

  • No direct reports

Location:

  • Residence in Europe
  • Must have a valid work permit – this role does not offer visa sponsorship
  • 100% virtual from home

Languages:

  • Fluent written and spoken in English

In this role you can expect to:

  • Strategic Planning and Execution: Develop and oversee marketing planning cycles to align with business objectives and maximize impact. Support the execution of marketing initiatives and collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance strategies. Monitor and improve performance tracking, ensuring alignment with strategic goals.
  • Budgeting and Financial Management: Manage marketing budget allocation, ensure financial efficiency, track and analyze ROI, and provide financial reporting and forecasting in partnership with Finance.
  • Performance Management & Analytics: Establish and monitor KPIs, provide reporting and analytics for data-driven decisions, and identify trends to improve marketing performance and operational efficiency.

All About You

  • Master's degree or equivalent in Marketing, Business, Finance, or related field
  • 3-5 years of experience in marketing/sales operations, budgeting, and performance measurement
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data-driven decision-making
  • Experience with marketing performance frameworks, ROI analysis, marketing automation tools, analytics platforms, and financial tracking systems
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and ability to multitask
  • Experience working with CRM, marketing analytics, and budget management tools
  • Fluent in English; additional European languages are a plus
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google Analytics, or similar reporting tools
