The role

They’re looking for someone with a curious brain, strong research instincts, and a nose for what makes people tick. You’ll work across both client projects and new business, helping the agency think smarter and win better work.

Day-to-day, you’ll be digging into research – trends, markets, audiences, competitors – and turning it into sharp, usable insights. You’ll be working with client services teams to shape strategies that help clients grow & define brand positioning, value props, journeys, and campaign plans. Also, support the new business team with insight-rich profiles and intel on potential clients.

What you’ll bring

You might come from a strategy, planning, or research background, ideally agency side, with a good grasp of how data can help brands and marketing work, better.

You’re someone who can connect the dots. You know how to translate research into ideas, and you’re comfortable working across teams, projects, and sectors. You’re analytical, but also human – good with people, and great at unearthing the stuff that really matters.

If you’ve got a head for insight and a heart for creativity, this could be a great fit.
