Marketing Specialist, Brand & Content (EMEA)

Location: London / Hybrid

Contract: 12-month maternity cover

Rate: £315/day (Inside IR35)

Are you a strategic, creative marketing professional with a passion for global entertainment and storytelling? We’re looking for a Marketing Specialist to join a dynamic EMEA Brand & Content team, working across some of the most exciting titles in the industry.

This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a high-performing, pan-regional marketing team, delivering best-in-class creative campaigns across multiple markets and platforms.

The Role

Reporting to the Senior Marketing Manager for Creative Strategy and Campaign Development, you’ll support the development and execution of cross-functional EMEA marketing campaigns, from strategy to creative delivery for major content launches. You’ll also lead selected title and multi-title initiatives independently.

You’ll collaborate closely with internal teams (creative, social, PR, partnerships, etc.) and local markets across EMEA to ensure campaigns land effectively with regional audiences while aligning with global creative platforms.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support strategy and creative development for priority campaigns; lead select campaigns independently.
  • Manage campaign timelines, workflows, and asset delivery across regions.
  • Write and support strategic and creative briefs, campaign decks, and toolkits.
  • Oversee creative asset production with internal teams and external agencies.
  • Act as a key liaison between regional marketing, global teams, and local markets.
  • Drive cross-functional campaign workstreams from kick-off to post-evaluation.
  • Manage creative feedback and approval loops.
  • Handle administrative tasks including budgeting and legal documentation for pan-European projects.
What We’re Looking For
  • 3–5 years’ experience in marketing or creative roles (preferably in media, entertainment, or agency).
  • A genuine fan of pop culture, entertainment, and storytelling, with a pulse on trends shaping the streaming landscape.
  • Demonstrated experience contributing to (or managing) integrated marketing campaigns, ideally across international markets.
  • Solid understanding of creative development processes across video, static and digital assets, as well as marketing experiential stunts and bespoke initiatives.
  • Confident communicator with strong writing and presentation skills.
  • Exceptional organisational skills and ability to manage multiple workstreams.
  • Experience working across international markets – a strong plus.
  • Familiarity with Project Management tools (e.g. Monday.com, Airtable) and designing detailed and complex project plans, as well as advanced skills in PowerPoint and similar programs.
  • Fluent in English, both written and verbal.
