Are you an experienced Marketing Specialist with a flair for creative strategy and campaign execution?
This is an exciting opportunity to join a leading entertainment brand’s EMEA team, working on some of the world’s most iconic series and global blockbuster campaigns. You’ll play a key role in developing and executing multi-market campaigns that bring stories to life for audiences across the region.
What you'll be doing:
- Supporting the Senior Marketing Manager with the strategic and creative development of high-impact, pan-EMEA campaigns.
- Leading selected title and multi-title initiatives, managing workflows, timelines, and deliverables from concept to delivery.
- Developing and refining campaign briefs, toolkits, and 360° marketing decks.
- Collaborating with internal creative teams and external agencies to produce compelling assets, from concept through approvals.
- Acting as the main point of contact for local marketing teams, ensuring creative consistency, effective localisation, and smooth collaboration across departments.
- Partnering with global marketing teams to ensure EMEA strategies align with broader creative direction.
- Managing creative approvals, campaign calendars, and stakeholder communications.
- Supporting cross-functional campaign workstreams, ensuring cohesive execution and post-campaign evaluation.
- Handling administrative aspects including financial tracking and documentation for regional campaigns.
What we're looking for:
- 2–5 years of experience in marketing or creative roles within media, entertainment, or an agency setting.
- A strong interest in pop culture and storytelling, with awareness of trends shaping the streaming and entertainment landscape.
- Proven experience contributing to or managing integrated marketing campaigns across international markets.
- Solid understanding of creative development across video, digital, and experiential marketing formats.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to craft clear briefs and engaging campaign materials.
- Strong organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders and priorities.
- Experience using project management tools such as Monday.com or Airtable, and advanced PowerPoint or presentation software skills.
- Fluent in English (written and spoken) with strong collaboration and problem-solving skills.
