We offer career coaching, certification programs (e.g. CDPP, ISO 27001), and a structured GRC Career Accelerator to help individuals break into high-demand roles in the tech and compliance industries.
We are looking for a dynamic, self-motivated Marketing & Sales Specialist to drive student enrollments for our online programs. This role is commission-based and ideal for someone who enjoys relationship-building, online outreach, and working flexibly with performance incentives.
Responsibilities:
Promote Cyber Path Insight's courses via email, social media, and referral outreach.
Manage inbound leads and convert them into course enrollments.
Use provided marketing materials, referral tracking links, and CRM tools (e.g. HubSpot).
Book discovery calls through Calendly and follow up with prospects.
Meet or exceed monthly enrollment targets.
Provide activity reports and lead updates.
Commission Structure:
10% for 1–5 confirmed enrollments per month
12.5% for 6–10 enrollments
15% for 10+ enrollments
Bonuses available for exceeding targets or bringing in group clients.
Ideal Candidate:
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Experience in B2C marketing or course promotion (preferred)
Familiar with CRM tools (HubSpot), LinkedIn, Calendly
Results-driven and able to work independently
Professional, organised, and proactive
A passion for helping people grow their careers
Schedule:
Flexible part-time hours (5–10 hours/week recommended)
Remote work (own laptop and internet access required)
