Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and versatile Marketing & Sales Enablement Manager to strengthen our brand presence, enhance consultant engagement, and empower our sales team with compelling collateral and insights. This hands‑on role blends marketing delivery with sales enablement, supporting everything from LinkedIn campaigns and internal communications to proposal creation and sales collateral management. You will work closely with senior leadership and receive direct mentorship, particularly around sales enablement best practices within the financial services consulting space.

Responsibilities
  • LinkedIn & Digital Presence – Manage the firm’s LinkedIn company page and senior leadership accounts, including content creation, scheduling, and engagement tracking.
  • LinkedIn Analytics – Analyse follower growth and post interactions to surface actionable insights for sales follow‑up.
  • Internal Communications – Create and develop internal communications such as newsletters, town‑hall decks, and cultural initiative updates.
  • Internal Engagement – Partner with internal functions and leadership to promote internal engagement and company culture.
  • Events & Collateral – Support design and logistics for corporate and cultural events (e.g., banners, brochures, business cards, employee participation).
  • Website Management – Oversee website updates, content refreshes, and coordinate with developers or vendors as needed.
  • Media & Creative Assets – Coordinate headshots, video creation, and the design of internal materials (e.g., onboarding packs, training materials).
  • Sales Enablement Content & Collateral Creation – Develop, edit, and refine marketing and sales materials including pitches, proposals, brochures, and campaign assets.
  • Sales Asset Repository – Build and maintain a central “Book of Good” – a library of case studies, templates, and sales materials for reuse across the firm.
  • HubSpot CRM Management – Manage HubSpot for marketing and sales enablement workflows – from campaign tracking and content management to lead insights and reporting.
  • Marketing Automation Support – Support automation of marketing communications and maintain up‑to‑date data for outreach.
  • Pre‑Sales Teams Area Management – Maintain and structure the Pre‑Sales Teams area to ensure all sales materials and templates are current and accessible.
  • Pre‑Sales Support – Deliver small business‑as‑usual pre‑sales requests using templates (e.g., one‑pagers, capability overviews).
  • Project Closure Enablement – Collect case studies, client testimonials, and project summaries to develop marketing and sales assets that demonstrate impact and client value.
Essential Qualifications
  • 4+ years’ experience in B2B marketing, sales enablement, or business development support, ideally in financial or professional services.
  • Proficiency in HubSpot CRM & Marketing Hub (campaigns, workflows, analytics, contact management, content tracking).
  • Strong writing and editing skills – able to translate complex services into engaging, client‑friendly content.
  • Experience creating and managing content for LinkedIn and internal communications.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Canva (or Adobe Creative Suite), and PowerPoint design.
  • Highly organised, able to juggle multiple priorities with attention to detail.
Desirable Qualifications
  • Familiarity with SharePoint / Teams administration.
  • Experience in proposal management or bid support.
  • Basic knowledge of web CMS platforms (WordPress, Wix) and video editing tools.
  • Analytical mindset with comfort interpreting marketing or sales data to drive improvements.
