LCP is seeking a Marketing Operations & Enablement Senior Executive/Manager in London or Winchester. The role focuses on delivering streamlined marketing and BD workflows, practical automation, and data-driven improvements across the Performance and Technology team within Business Development.

Hybrid working is expected (minimum 40% on-site). You will partner with multiple teams to reduce manual effort, embed scalable processes and implement AI-enabled solutions, driving measurable efficiency

Qualifications

Experience in marketing operations, process improvement or enablement across campaign planning, execution and reporting.
Ability to identify inefficiencies and deliver operational improvements including automation and AI-enabled solutions.
Strong analytical and delivery skills with data-driven decision making.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management to influence across teams.

Responsibilities

Partner with Marketing, Communications and Commercial Success teams to identify inefficiencies and implement streamlined, effective workflows.
Design, optimise and embed scalable marketing and BD operational processes for planning, execution and continuous improvement.
Identify and implement automation and AI opportunities to improve speed, quality and efficiency; promote tool adoption with risk and information-management safeguards.
Use performance data to identify bottlenecks, measure impact and translate findings into practical recommendations.
