Trustpilot is seeking a Marketing Insight & Data Lead to bridge marketing strategy and technical execution. You will deliver dashboards and insights, standardise reporting, and partner with Data Engineering and GTM Tech to optimise marketing ROI and funnel performance.
Join a high-growth FTSE-250 company with flexible working options, a competitive package, and a strong focus on data-driven decision making. This role is hybrid in the UK, with opportunities across marketing regions.
At Trustpilot, we're on an incredible journey. We're a profitable, high-growth FTSE-250 company with a big vision: to become the universal symbol of trust. We run the world's largest open customer review platform, and while we've come a long way, there's still so much exciting work to do. Come join us at the heart of trust!
We know that growth doesn't happen by chance - it's powered by world-class marketing, underpinned by smart operations. We're looking for a Marketing Insight & Data Lead to serve as a key operational link between marketing strategy and technical execution, and to deliver insights that fuel our global marketing engine.
Under the direct guidance of the Sr. Director of Marketing Ops and working closely with the Head of Marketing Orchestration, your primary mission is to support our insight-delivery framework. You will help gather and structure marketing insight, empowering marketing teams to make data-informed decisions while centralising reporting requirements for hand-off to central Data & Analytics, Data Engineering, and GTM Tech functions.
In this role, you act as an integrator, ensuring data outputs are fully operationalised. You will directly impact three core areas: optimising marketing efficiency by delivering dashboards for ROI and Brand Health tracking; supercharging the funnel by refining campaign, lead, and account engagement data; and elevating overall data trust by eliminating blind spots and ensuring system-wide tracking completeness. If you thrive on turning complexity into clarity, blending data with innovation, and enabling marketing teams to perform at their best, this role is for you.
We want to be a part of creating a more diverse, equitable, and inclusive world of work for all. We’re excited to hear about your experiences along with how you will contribute to our working culture. Even if you don’t feel you meet all the requirements, we'd still really like to hear from you!

We’re driven by connection. It’s at the heart of what we do. Our culture keeps things fresh - it’s built on the relationships we create. We talk, we laugh, we collaborate and we respect each other. We work across borders and cultures to be the universal symbol of trust in an ever‑changing world. With vibrant office locations worldwide and over 50 nationalities, we’re proud to be an equal opportunity workplace with diverse perspectives and ideas.
Our purpose to help people and businesses help each other is a tall order, but we keep it real. We’re a great bunch of humans, doing awesome stuff, without fuss or pretense. A successful Trustpilot future is driven by you - we give you the autonomy to shape a career you can be proud of. If you’re ready to grow, let’s go.
