Job summary

FairPlay Sports Media is seeking a migrations specialist to lead the UK site page and template migration to a new platform. You will build, format, and launch pages per technical guidelines, supporting the marketing ops team by translating concepts into functional templates.

Collaborate with content, SEO, and design teams, auditing content to preserve brand standards and deadlines. Document tasks and hand off templates to the permanent team.

Qualifications

  • Support the marketing operations team in translating design concepts and existing content into functional, responsive page templates.
  • A strong sports betting knowledge and/or work background.
  • Familiar with at least one Content Management System.
  • Someone with a strong attention to detail.
  • Good communicator.
  • Ability to work closely with multiple teams.
  • Able to work under pressure.

Responsibilities

  • Template & Page Construction: Build out reusable page templates and components within the new platform, ensuring strict adherence to provided instructions
  • Quality Assurance (QA): Conduct rigorous testing across different browsers and mobile devices to identify and fix layout bugs, broken links, or formatting inconsistencies
  • Performance Analysis: Working with the wider team to monitor, analyse, and report on site performance metrics (e.g., page load speeds, tracking pixel validation, and user flow) pre- and post-migration
  • Data & SEO Continuity: Working closely with the SEO team to implement proper redirects, metadata, and analytics tags to preserve search engine rankings and data integrity during the cutover
  • Documentation: Maintain clear logs of completed tasks and create simple "how-to" notes for any newly built templates to hand off to the permanent team

Job description

You’ll be part of an integral team which is at the heart of the day-to-day function of UK marketing. You will be a crucial part of a team that will be owning and executing the process of migrating all of the UK site’s pages and templates to our new platform. Execute the migration blueprint by building, formatting, and launching new website pages based on clear technical and structural guidelines Support the marketing operations team in translating design concepts and existing content into functional, responsive page templates Audit and map existing content to ensure a seamless transition from the legacy system to the new platform without data loss Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (including content, SEO, and design) to ensure all migrated elements meet brand standards and launch deadlines

Key responsibilities
