  • Work closely with sales and production teams to book demos and travel arrangements.

We are looking for a highly organised and detail-orientated Marketing Operations Executive to manage the administrative, logistical and operational aspects of the marketing function.

The role is crucial in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations including managing purchase orders and invoicing, stock control, lead processing and departmental coordination. You will also support the delivery of marketing events and exhibitions as a secondary responsibility, ensuring all logistics run efficiently and on time.

Key responsibilities
  • Logistics & Administration (Primary focus): Coordinate logistics for internal and external operations including transport, stock and supplier management. Maintain organised systems for document management, stock control and process tracking. Liaise with suppliers and internal departments to ensure timely delivery of materials and equipment. Monitor budgets and expenditure related to marketing operations. Act as overspill support for inbound calls and lead data entry. Support sourcing and procurement of marketing department needs e.g. photoshoots, signage etc.
  • Purchase Orders and Invoicing: Raise and manage purchase orders (POs) and handle related invoicing processes, ensuring accuracy and timely submission.
  • Literature and Stock Management: Manage and order marketing literature stock to ensure materials are always available for internal teams and external events. Also, control the stock levels to ensure that it is up to date at all times.
  • Events & Exhibitions (Secondary focus): Book, manage and execute all logistics related to events and exhibitions, ensuring all requirements are fulfilled to a high standard for both internal and external events across the year.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with sales and production teams to book demos out and book travel and accommodation.
