Could you be our next Marketing Officer?

We’re seeking a talented, proactive individual to join our Marketing & Communications team. In this role, you’ll plan and deliver strategic marketing campaigns that support Council services and priorities, including our digital growth. You will help drive engagement, increase participation, and promote income-generating activities across a wide variety of audiences and services including tourism, events and arts.

What we are looking for…

We are looking for a confident, organised, and creative marketing professional who can hit the ground running.

The role will be central to driving growth and income generation for our Leisure & Culture services, while also supporting marketing activity across a wide range of corporate Falkirk Council services. Our team promotes an extensive portfolio of services, so no day is ever the same!

Our ideal candidate will:

  • Have proven experience in planning and delivering marketing strategies, content creation, sales as well as proven digital marketing experience.
  • Be a strong communicator and collaborator, able to work effectively with colleagues and peers.
  • Bring creativity and fresh ideas to help promote participation in sport and leisure, to drive growth and hit targets.
  • Possess excellent organisation and time management skills, being able to balance priorities and deliver results in a fast-paced environment
